Avocado crisps

method:

  1. Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees
  2. Start by cutting an avocado in half, cut out the stone and crush 1/2 the avocado until smooth
  3. Add in the 10g of grated parmesan, 1 tbsp of lemon juice and a pinch of salt and pepper
  4. Mix the ingredients together
  5. Lay out the mixture in 6 thin layers on a non stick tray
  6. Now bake for 10 - 15 mins depending on how crispy you want them
  7. Leave to cool and then enjoy - we recommend dipping in hummus
