method:

  1. Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees
  2. Lay out the 6 pieces of bacon on a stick proof tray
  3. Cut up half an avocado and chop into 6 small pieces
  4. Put the avocado pieces on the bacon and roll up into a cylinder
  5. Cook in the oven for 15 mins
  6. Serve with black pepper seasoning
