Banana and chocolate protein oats

method:

  1. Mix 40g of oats, 1 scoop of protein and approx 250ml of water together in a bowl and leave it to set in the fridge overnight (you can also heat up in the microwave and eat straight away)
  2. Then add the Greek yogurt and chopped banana
