Banana and chocolate tortilla

method:

  1. Lay out your tortilla, and cut a line from the middle to the bottom, and divide it into 4
  2. On one quarter add the tbsp of nutella, then add 1/2 a banana to another, then 1 tbsp walnuts and then the cinnamon to the final quarter
  3. Fold up your tortilla and cook on the grill for 2 mins ( 1 min each side)
  4. Serve up with the rest of the banana, walnuts and the chocolate sauce
  5. Enjoy!

  • 1 plain tortilla (ideally wholewheat)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp nutella
  • 2 tbsp walnuts
  • 1 tsp chocolate sauce (Ideally skinny foods co - zero calorie)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
