Bangers and cauliflower mash

method:

  1. Chop up half a large cauliflower and add to a saucepan with the garlic and parsley and boil for 10 mins until soft
  2. Heat up a frying pan and add 1 cal cooking spray and add your sausages
  3. Once the cauliflower is soft, drain and add the cooked cauliflower to a bowl
  4. Mash the cauliflower and then serve the sausages and the gravy to finish

  • 1/2 a large cauliflower
  • 3 heck sausages
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Parsley
  • Gravy granules
