Chicken pasta bake

method:

  • Start by pre heating your oven to 180 degrees
  • Now, in a pan of boiling water, add in your weighed out pasta and leave to boil for 10 mins
  • In a seperate larger pan, thats heated up with 1 cal cooking spray, add in your chopped garlic, onion and pepper
  • Followed by your chopped chicken and leave for approx 3 mins for the chicken to whiten
  • Now add in the creme friache, tomato purree and tinned tomatoes and stir well
  • Season with oregano and salt and pepper
  • Now drain your pasta and add into the creamy sauce and stir well
  • Next pour your pasta into a baking tray thats been set with 1 cal cooking spray and then finish with your cheese and parsley
  • Place in the oven for 10 / 15 mins before serving

  • 1 tin of chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp tomato purree
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red ball pepper
  • 1 tbsp crush garlic
  • 1 tsp of oregano
  • 100g grated cheddar cheese
  • Small handful of parsley
