  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until thick and smooth
  2. Add to a bowl and decorate with blueberries and almonds

  • 1 scoop of whey protein powder (ideally chocolate)
  • 2 tbsp of coco powder
  • 1 tbsp 0% fat greek yogurt
  • 90g of berries
  • 50ml of (unsweetened almond) milk
  • 2 tbsp of chia seeds

  • Blueberries and almonds to decorate
