Triple chocolate protein balls

method:

  • Add all the ingredients into a mixing bowl, until you have a sticky mixture
  • Next roll up the mixture into 8 balls (Tip - use wet hands to roll up the balls, it will help keep the mixture together)
  • Now leave to set in the fridge for at least an hour

Optional - now melt some chocolate and coat your protein balls as you wish before placing the balls back in the fridge

Serves 8, calorie information based on 1 protein ball. (Calories may vary depending on how much chocolate you use on top)

  • 120g rolled oats
  • 100g chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 90g protein powder (flavour of choice - we recommend vanilla or chocolate)
  • 2 tbsp milk

Optional - more chocolate to coat balls
