Easy homemade puff pasty cinnamon rolls

  • Start by pre heating your oven to 200 degrees
  • Next pour a handful of flour over your worktop and lay our your pastry sheet
  • Roll the pastry sheet out nice and thin
  • Now spread the butter evenly over the top, before you sprinkle the brown and cinnamon on
  • Roll the pastry sheet up tightly
  • Now whisk your egg and brush the egg onto the folded pastry
  • Place in the oven for 30 mins
  • Once golden, take the roll out and cut into 6 pieces
  • Once cool, mix your icing sugar with a drop of water and season your rolls with icing sugar and a pinch of cinnamon
