Fried garlic and chilli prawn skewers

  • Heat up a frying pan and add in the butter to melt
  • Add in the garlic, lemon juice, paprika, chilli and then the prawns skewers
  • Add in salt and pepper
  • Leave the prawns for 10 mins, while turning over regularly
  • Finally serve up with the salad

Serves 1


  • 120g king prawns
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped chilli
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • Side salad to serve
