Frozen protein yogurt slice

method:

  1. Mix together your Greek yogurt, protein powder and cinnamon into a large mixing bowl
  2. Now pour the mixture into a grease proofed baking tray
  3. Add your toppings (berries, granola, more cinnamon)
  4. Now place in the freezer overnight to set
  5. In the morning, get the tray our the freezer and leave to warm up for 2/3 mins before cutting your yogurt into 6 slices
