Garam masala chicken skewers

method:

  • Firstly, apply your diced chicken breasts to 4 skewers and spray with 1 cal cooking spray, and then sprinkle the garam masala over the top of the chicken and then a pinch of salt and pepper
  • Place the chicken on a pre heated frying pan and cook through, while rotating regularly for approx 5/7 mins
  • While the chicken is cooking, add your greek yogurt to a bowl and mix in the cumin, corriander and a pinch of salt and pepper and set aside to serve
  • Once your chicken is done serve with the greek yogurt and lime juice for extra flavour

For extra spice you can add chilli flakes
