Garlic butter salmon

method:

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees
  2. Chop up your sweet potato into circle slices and boil them for 8 mins
  3. While that's boiling, make your garlic butter sauce by either blending or mixing together, and then set aside for later
  4. Once boiled, drain and place on a baking try. Spray with 1 cal cooking spray and season with salt and pepper before placing in the oven for 40 mins to roast
  5. Line another baking tray with tin foil and place in your salmon fillet, season with mixed herbs and top with the garlic and butter sauce, then cover with the foil and bake for 35 mins
  6. Chop up and boil your green vegetables and leave for 10-15 mins
  7. Once everything is cooked, serve and enjoy

  • 1 salmon fillet
  • 1 sweet potato
  • 100g green vegetables
  • Pinch of mixed herbs
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

For the garlic and butter sauce:

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
