Homemade protein bar

  1. Weigh out 250g of oats and add to a mixing bowl
  2. Add 90g (or normally 3 scoops) of protein to the bowl
  3. Add in 150ml of milk
  4. Add 1 tbsp of honey
  5. Mix well and pour into a tray, flatten with the back of a spoon to compress and make it even
  6. Now whisk together your yogurt, vanilla essence and sieved icing sugar and pour on the top of the oats
  7. Leave in the fridge to set over night
  8. The next morning, divide the mix into 6 small bars

  • 250g oats
  • 90g protein powder (3 scoops)
  • 150ml milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp strained Greek yogurt (needs to be thick, not runny)
  • 1 tbsp of icing sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
