  • Start by weighing out your pasta and adding to a pan of boiling water, making sure it is all fully submerged
  • Next heat up a large frying pan and add in your 5% lean beef mince
  • Chop up your onion, garlic and pepper and add this into the mince
  • Once the mince is browned, add in the tinned tomatoes, paprika, spinach and salt and pepper
  • Mix well and leave for a further 2 mins
  • Drain your spaghetti and top with the mince and a small amount of grated cheese

  • 500g lean 5% beef mince
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 red pepper
  • Large handful of spinach
  • 2 tins of chopped tomatoes
  • 200g spaghetti
  • 1 tsp (or 1 clove) of garlic
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper
  • Small handful of lighter cheddar cheese
