Lemon overnight oats

method:

  1. Add 80g of oats into a bowl, and add 150ml of water to the oats and mix well
  2. Cut up 1/2 a lemon and squeeze lemon juice into the oat mixture
  3. Place the oats in the fridge to set overnight
  4. The next morning add 100g of lemon fat free yogurt and finish with pinapple and blueberry pieces
  5. Finish with a tablespoon of honey and squeeze the other half of the lemon on top

  • 3 blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey
