Maple, walnut and cinnamon pears

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
  • Cut your pear length ways into two halves, now using a teaspoon, scoop out the seeds to create a small dip.
  • In a mixing bowl, mix together the walnuts, cinnamon and just 1 tbsp of maple syrup and then place in the pear
  • Drizzle the final 1 tbsp of maple syrup on top and place in the oven for 20 - 25 mins
  • Serve the pears with some greek yogurt and enjoy!

  • 1 large pear
  • 20g walnuts
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Optional - 1 tbsp greek yogurt
