method:

  • Pre heat your oven to 200 degrees
  • Next lay out your dough or pastry over a baking dish and set aside
  • Now heat up a frying pan on a high heat, and add 1 cal cooking spray and the chopped bacon, sausage and onion and leave to brown for 5-8 mins
  • While that is cooking, whisk up your eggs into a jug and add in your cheese
  • Now add the bacon, sausage and onion to the eggs and cheese mix and finally pour this into the baking dish with the pastry
  • Top with a little more cheese and place in the oven to bake for 20 mins
  • Once cooked, leave to cool and place in the fridge for 1 hour to set before you serve up
