Meaty omelette

  1. Start by heating up a frying pan with 1 cal cooking spray
  2. Chop up your sausage and turkey rashers and add to the frying pan, leave to cook for 3-4 mins
  3. Then add in half of your spinach and wait for it to cook
  4. Next whisk your eggs and almond milk together and add into the frying pan, making sure it is evenly spread out
  5. Leave to cook for 2 minutes
  6. Carefully flip over to cook the top (alternatively cook the top in a grill to avoid flipping)
  7. Now serve up with the rest of the spinach

Serves 1


  • 3 eggs
  • 100ml of (unsweetened almond) milk
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 1 heck chicken sausage
  • 2 turkey rashers
