method:

  • Firstly, prepare the salad, chop up your tomatoes, avocados and lettuce and add to a mixing bowl
  • Then add in the prawns
  • Mix together your mayo and ketchup and then mix into your prawn salad, then set aside while you prepare your wraps
  • Cut your wraps in half so you have 12 halfs and prepare them into cone shapes and secure the bottom with a cocktail stick
  • Now scoup in your prawn salad evenly into all the cones

  • 2 tbsp lighter mayo
