method:

  1. Whisk together the flour, egg and milk mixture until smooth and then add the 60g of protein powder
  2. Heat up a non stick frying pan and spray on 1 cal cooking spray
  3. Leave the pan for 2-3 mins to heat up before pouring the mix in
  4. Leave to cook for 2 mins before flipping
  5. Once cooked, add 1 tbsp of sweetener, the berries and 1 tbsp of honey
