method:

  1. Whisk together the eggs, milk, protein and the sweetener
  2. Dip your bread on both sides into the mixture and then place onto a non stick frying pan for 1 minute on each side
  3. Finish with honey, blueberry syrup and blueberries

  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein
  • 2 eggs
  • 50ml (unsweetened almond) milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sweetener  
  • Handful of blueberries
  • Blueberry syrup
