  1. Heat up a frying pan with 1 cal cooking spray
  2. Add the diced chicken breast to cook
  3. While the chicken is cooking prepare the salad
  4. Add the cooked chicken on top and drizzle the 25ml of mango salad dressing

  • 2 strawberries
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 beetroot
  • 4 slices of cucumber
  • 1 handful of lettuce
  • 25ml mango salad dressing (or a skinny foods co zero calorie dressing)
