White chocolate and raspberry baked oats

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
  • In a bowl, whisk together all of your main ingredients
  • Pour the contents into baking tray (or 6 small ramekins) and top with the white chocolate
  • Bake for 30 mins until browned

  • 250g oats
  • 6 tbsp sweetener
  • 6 eggs
  • 400g (or one pot) of fat free yogurt
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 200g raspberries
  • 25g white chocolate
