Spanish chicken tortilla

method:

  1. Start by heating up a frying pan with 1 cal cooking spray
  2. Add in the finely diced chicken, season with paprika and cook until white
  3. Chop and add in the pepper and cook for an additional 2/3 mins
  4. Now lay out your tortilla, and cut a line from the middle to the bottom, and divide it into 4
  5. On one quarter add the 1 tbsp salsa, on the next add your grated cheese, then add the cooked chicken and then the pepper
  6. Fold up to make a wrap and pop it in a grill to heat up for 2 mins
  7. Enjoy!

  • 1 plain tortilla (Ideally wholewheat)
  • 125g diced chicken
  • 1/2 pepper
  • A small handful of grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp salsa
  • 1 tbsp paprika
