Sweet chilli chicken stir fry

method:

  1. Start by heating up a frying pan with vegetable oil
  2. Now add in the chopped garlic and leave for 2 mins
  3. Then add in the chicken, and cover with paprika and 2 tbsp of sweet chilli
  4. Leave to cook through for approx 8 mins, turning over the chicken regularly
  5. Then in a separate wok, heat up some 1 cal cooking spray on a medium heat
  6. Add in the drained chicken, the stir fry veg and the rest of the sweet chilli sauce, season with salt and pepper and leave to heat for 4-5 mins
  7. Serve up and enjoy

  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 4 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 150g mixed pepper stir fry veg
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
