Teriyaki lamb

method:

  1. Start by marinating your chopped lamb in the teriyaki sauce and the chilli flakes and leave for 1 hour
  2. While you're waiting chopped up the asparagus, mushrooms and kale
  3. Once the lamb has marinated, heat up a wok and add in 1 cal cooking spray
  4. Add in the lamb once the wok is hot so it sizzles, leave the lamb to brown for 2-3 mins
  5. Then drain the wok and add in the bare naked noodles to the lamb, and then followed by the veg
  6. Mixed well and stir in the soy sauce, and lime juice
  7. Leave for 3-5 more mins before serving and finish with the sesame seeds

  • 125g bare naked noodles
  • Pinch of chilli flakes
  • Pinch of sesame seeds
  • 50g chopped asparagus
  • 50g chopped mushrooms
  • Handful kale
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 lime
