method:

  1. Add all the ingredients for the smoothie in a blender and blender until you get a thick smooth consistency.
  2. Pour into a bowl and top with honey, blueberries, kiwi and melon

  • 100g Lemon fat free yogurt
  • Ice
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 kiwi
  • 80g pineapple (1 cup)
  • 160g melon

For the topping:

  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 kiwi
  • Handful of blueberries
  • Melon slice
