Tuna pasta salad

  • Start by cooking your pasta according to your package directions, also add in your peas / sweetcorn to the same boiling water
  • Simultaneously, add your onion and pepper to a frying pan with 1 cal cooking spray to cook
  • In a large bowl, combine your cooked pasta, onion, pepper, peas and also the tuna, light mayo and Greek yogurt and stir in the salt and pepper.
  • Divide into 2 portions and enjoy!

  • 120g penne pasta
  • 4 tins of tuna
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 pepper
  • 50g peas or / and sweetcorn
  • 2 tbsp lighter mayo
  • 1 tbsp plain fat free Greek yogurt
  • Salt and pepper
