method:

  1. Mix all the chopped up salad into a bowl
  2. Drain the tins of tuna and add in
  3. Mix well and add to your serving plate and top with your dressing

Serves 1

IngredientS:

  • 2 tins of tuna
  • Handful lettuce
  • 3 pieces of cucumber
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 avocado

Option: 1 tbsp light mayo / salad cream / fat free vingaigrette
