method:

  • Firstly, pre heat your oven to 180 degrees
  • Then chop up your sweet potato into wedges and add into a saucepan to boil for 10 mins
  • Once soft, add your sweet potato wedges to a baking tray, season with the oil, salt, pepper and paprika and place in the oven for 40 minutes to bake
  • 10 mins before your wedges are due to come out, heat up a frying pan with 1 cal cooking spray and fry your tuna steak
  • Serve up with your favourite salad and enjoy!
