method:

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees
  2. Chop up 1 onion, add it to a mixing bowl with the 500 grams of turkey mince.
  3. Whisk up an egg and add into the bowl
  4. Add tbsp of paprika and garlic
  5. With you hands roll up 4 burgers and place on a baking tray and leave in the oven to cook for 30 mins
  6. Serve the burgers with a side salad
