method:

  1. Whisk all ingredients into a jug
  2. Heat up a frying pan and spray with 1 cal cooking spray, leave the pan to get hot for 1-2 mins
  3. Add the mixture into the pan and cook on both sides for approx 4 mins each side
  4. Serve up with spinach and enjoy!

  • 10g grated cheddar
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1 chopped pepper
