  • Stripe - an alternative secure and convenient payment gateway

These are the only environments in which we store payment details and billing information. To keep you secure and prevent you from getting any unwanted marketing, we only provide access to customer data to designated employees within Be The Best You.

 

We do not the following Special Categories of Personal Data about you:

  • Sex life or sexual orientation, 
  • Political opinions, 
  • Criminal convictions and offences.

If you fail to provide personal data

If you choose not to provide personal data with us, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide you with goods or services). In this case, we may have to cancel a product or service you have with us but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.

Time limit to respond

We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one week. Occasionally it may take us longer than a week if your request is particularly complex or you have made several requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.
