Cream egg brownie

  • Pre- heat the oven to 180 degrees
  • Grease proof a baking tray
  • Now add all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix until smooth
  • Pour your mixture into the baking tray, and add half of each of the 3 cream eggs on top so their are 6 brownies in total
  • Bake for 25 minutes and then leave to set for a further 10 minutes

  • 3 cream eggs
  • 250g fat free Greek yogurt
  • 180g oats
  • 50g coco powder
  • 40g sweetener
  • 2 eggs
  • 50g unsweetened almond milk
