Cream egg brownie

  • Pre- heat the oven to 160 degrees
  • Grease proof a deep baking tray
  • Now add all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix until smooth
  • Pour your mixture into the baking tray, and add your cream eggs that are split in half so you have 6 evenly spread out
  • Bake for 30 - 40 mins and then split into 6 slices

  • 250g fat free Greek yogurt
  • 180g oats
  • 50g coco powder
  • 40g sweetener
  • 2 eggs
  • 50g unsweetened almond milk
