BEGINNER / INTERMEDIATE - Join Heather and Shauna for a 45 minute Yoga session. A yoga mat is needed.

DUMBBELL ARMS AND ABS

INTERMEDIATE - Join Josh for a 30 minute dumbbell workout. Dumbbells or weights are neeeded.

YOGA TASTER

BEGINNER - Join Heather for a 30 min yoga taster, where she expains what you need for sessions and how they run. A mat is needed.

PREGNANCY STRENGTH

BEGINNER - a strength session designed specifically for pregancy. Please consult a Dr before working out. A small pair of dumbbells are needed.

UPPER BODY STRENGTH

BEGINNER / INTERMEDIATE - an upper body strength session with no equipment needed.

LOW IMPACT STRENGTH

BEGINNER / INTERMEDIATE - Join Grace for a 30 minute strength session, focusing on lower body and with no impact. A gym mat and a chair / bench is needed.

BEGINNER / INTERMEDIATE - Join Heather in a 45 minute Hatha Yoga class. A yoga mat is needed.

LOW IMPACT STRENGTH

BEGINNER / INTERMEDIATE - Join Grace for a 30 minute full body strength session with low impact. No equipment neeeded.

ABS BLAST

BEGINNER / INTERMEDIATE - a 30 minute core workout with Grace. A mat is needed.

DUMBBELL FULL BODY

INTERMEDIATE - a full body blast, working every muscle. Dumbbells and a mat are needed.

BARBELL - LOWER

INTERMEDIATE - an intense barbell workout to work your lower body. A barbell or alternative weight is needed

Boxing

INTERMEDIATE - a cardio based boxing session. A boxing pad or cushion is needed.

Dumbbell - Hiit

ADVANCED - an intense dumbbell session with cardio. Dumbbells needed.

Barbell - upper body

INTERMEDIATE - a great resistance workout, you can change the weight to make it suitable for you. Barbell and weighted plates needed.

Full body Hiit

BEGINNER / INTERMEDIATE - a fun and high energy full body hiit session. No equipment needed.

RESISTANCE BAND - FULL BODY

INTERMEDIATE - full body session to complete, once you've mastered basic body weight movements. Long resistance band needed.

ABS BLAST

INTERMEDIATE - 10 minute abs blast, great to add to the end of another workout or to do if limited for time. Soft flooring or matt needed.

Dumbbell - glutes

INTERMEDIATE - a resistance workout, targeting the glutes. Dumbbells and a bench / step needed.

Boxing

INTERMEDIATE - a fun and high energy boxing workout. No equipment needed.

TRX

INTERMEDIATE - a TRX resistance workout, targeting the whole body. TRX cable needed.

Dumbbell - legs

INTERMEDIATE - dumbbell lower body workout, have a few different weights for full benefit. Dumbbells needed.

Dumbbell - push

INTERMEDIATE - a dumbbell push workout, focusing on shoulders, chest and triceps. Dumbbells needed.

Dumbbell - pull

INTERMEDIATE - A dumbbell pull workout, focusing on back and biceps. Dumbbells needed.

Barbell - full body

INTERMEDIATE - a great resistance workout, you can change the weight to make it suitable for you. Barbell and weighted plates needed.

Step cardio

INTERMEDIATE - a fun and high energy step workout. You will need a step.

Resistance band - lower body

INTERMEDIATE - Resistance band workout, predominantly glutes and quads. A small resistance band is needed.

Upper body

INTERMEDIATE - Upper body workout. No equipment needed.

Lower body

INTERMEDIATE - Lower body workout. No equipment needed.

Dumbbell - full body

INTERMEDIATE - A full body resistance workout, change dumbbell weight to make it suitable for you. Dumbbells needed.
