American pancakes

  1. Whisk together the flour, eggs, protein powder and milk
  2. Heat up your non-stick frying pan and spray with 1 cal cooking spray
  3. Leave the pan for 2-3 mins to heat up before pouring the mix in
  4. Leave to cook for 2 mins before flipping over
  5. Once cooked, add your toppings and enjoy!

Makes 4 pancakes, calorie information is based on 1 pancake


Main mix:

  • 100g plain flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 300ml milk (unsweetened almond milk)
  • Optional: 30g protein powder (1 scoop)


  • 1 tbsp sweetener
  • 1 handful of berries
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 12 inch frying pan
