Avocado and scrambled egg on toast

method:

  • Crack and whisk up 2 large eggs, with a drop of milk and add to a non sick frying pan, constantly mix for 10 mins until cooked
  • Toast 1 piece of bread
  • Add the cooked scrambled egg on top of the toast
  • Chop up 1/2 avocado and add on top of the scrambled egg and finally season with black pepper

  • 50ml (unsweetened almond) milk
