Fajita style chicken pasta

method:

  • Start by heating up a frying pan with olive oil and add in your chopped chicken breast, leave until cooked through
  • Now chop and add in your onion and pepper and season with the fajita seasoning, paprika and chilli flakes and a drop of water
  • In a separate saucepan, boil your pasta and leave for 10 - 12 mins
  • Now add in your passata and kidney beans to the chicken and mix well, leave for 2-3 mins before mixing in your drained pasta and continue to mix well for a further 2 mins
  • Serve up with some cheese and enjoy

  • 350g of pasta
  • Grated cheese to serve
