Avocado & smoked salmon bagel

method:

  1. Cut open a bagel and put in the toaster for desirable amount of time
  2. Halve an avocado and remove the stone
  3. Once your bagel is warmed to your liking spread the avocado over the bagel
  4. Weigh out 50g of smoked salmon and place on top of the avocado
  5. Now season with coriander leaves, or your desired seasoning
