Banana bread

  1. Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees
  2. Lightly grease your loaf tin with non stick grease proof paper
  3. Measure all ingredients into a mixing bowl and beat until you've got a smooth mixture
  4. Spoon the mixture into the tin and bake for approx 40 mins
  5. Place skewer into middle of loaf to know when its baked fully
  6. When baked, cool for 5 minutes and then drizzle the loaf with honey

  • 2 banana's
  • 100g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 150g self raising flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 100g brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp honey
