method:

  1. Pre heat a wok and add the 1 cal cooking spray
  2. Heat up the diced beef , for approx 5-6 mins until browned
  3. Add in the noodles, veg and soy sauce and leave to heat up for approx 8 mins
  4. Serve up and enjoy!
