Broccoli & pea soup

method:

  1. Weigh out and boil 300g of frozen peas
  2. Chop up and weigh out 400g of broccoli and place in a fry pan to heat
  3. Chop up the onion into fine pieces and add to the frying pan with the broccoli to cook
  4. Once all of the above is cooked, place into a blender
  5. Chop up half a lemon and squeeze 1/2 into the blender
  6. Blend until smooth and then serve with a small handful of basil ans pumpkin seeds
