Chicken & avocado wrap

method:

  1. Add 1 cal cooking spray to a frying pan and cook the chicken
  2. Lay out a wrap and spread out 1 tbsp of salsa
  3. Chop up 1/2 avocado and add on top of the salsa
  4. Allow the chicken to cool and add to the wrap
  5. Roll up the wrap and enjoy
