Chicken & vegetable skewers

  1. Chop up the chicken breast and add to a frying pan with 1 cal cooking spray
  2. Chop up the tomato, mushroom and pepper and then add into the frying pan with the chicken
  3. Leave to cook through for 10 mins
  4. Leave to cool and then add onto the skewers

Serves 1, both skewers are 1 serving


  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 mushroom
  • 1 pepper
