Chilli Con Carne

  1. Chop up the onion and pepper and garlic and start frying in a frying pan with 1 cal cooking spray
  2. Add the 500g of mince into the frying pan 
  3. Dissolve the beef stock cube into 100ml of boiling water and add to the pan 
  4. Rinse the red kidney beans and add in too
  5. Now add the tinned tomatoes, paprika and puree 
  6. Leave to cook for approx 10 mins before serving

Option to serve with 125g of rice (however remember to consider the extra calories)

  • 500g 5% fat beef mince 
  • 1 beef stock cube  
  • 400g red kidney beans 
  • 400g tinned tomatoes 
  • 1tbsp paprika 
  • 1tbsp garlic 
  • 1tbsp tomato puree
