method:

  1. Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees
  2. Add the fish and sweet potato fries to a baking tray and leave to cook for 25 mins
  3. While the fish and chips are cooking, get the ingredients to make the mushy peas
  4. Boil 80g peas in boiling water for 10 mins
  5. Drain the peas and add to a blender
  6. Along with the peas add 1/2 a squeezed lemon juice, basil, butter and a pinch of salt and pepper
  7. Blend until smooth and serve up with the cooked fish and fries

  • 80g frozen peas
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped basil
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
