Marshmallow crispy bites

  • Heat up a large non stick frying pan and add in your butter to melt
  • Weigh out your marshmallows and add them into the pan, keep mixing until smooth and fully melted
  • Weigh out 150 grams of rice krispies and your protein and add into the marshmallows and butter
  • Mix well until all krispies are cover and then add to a baking tray that's lined with greaseproof paper
  • Leave to set in the fridge for 1 hour
  • Divide into 12 squares and enjoy!

Serves 12, calories based on 1 serving.


  • 300g mini marshmallows
  • 150g rice krispies
  • 1 scoop of protein powder
  • 50g unsalted butter
