Mozzarella and basil flatbread

method:

  • Firstly, pre heat your oven to 180 degrees
  • Now mix together your garlic and olive oil and brush this onto your flatbread
  • Top the flatbread with the mozzarella, chopped tomatoes and basil leaves
  • Season with pepper and bake for 8-10 mins, until the mozzarella has fully melted and the tomatoes have softened
  • Lastly divide into 6 pieces and serve

  • 1 large flatbread  
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 8 fresh cherry tomatoes
  • 50g mozzarella
  • Handful of fresh basil

Option - you can also make your own flatbread with plain flour, salt, unsalted butter, and milk
