method:

  1. Pre heat the oven to 160 degrees
  2. Cut in half your bagel and spread the tomato puree evenly over both sides
  3. Now add your mozzarella, bacon and spinach toppings and place in the oven for 15 mins

  • 1 piece of finely chopped bacon
  • 1 tbsp of tomato puree
  • 50g of grated mozzarella
  • Small handful of chopped spinach
